Mike Schade did an amazing job helping us sell my moms condo. Sadly we lost our mom to cancer and his kindness and professionalism helped to make the selling of her home easier. Since we live 3 hours away Mike was kind enough to call often, send pictures of updates, and even guided us to other professionals we needed to move forward with the process. For the closing process Mike worked his magic and set up for us to sign our closing paperwork in Indy versus traveling the 3 hours to Elkhart. This was an emotional time for us and Mike helped to make a difficult situation easier. I would highly recommend him to others!

Wayne Birkey made my first house buying experience a smooth and easy one. He was always responsive and quick to set up viewings. Every time I asked him to set up a viewing ASAP, we were viewing it THAT day. He was very flexible and even moved his own obligations around in order to get offers in on time or view a house. Due to this being my first home buying experience, his many years of building experience came in handy and he was able to answer all of my questions. He never made me feel like any question was stupid or trivial, he even welcomed me to ask as many questions as possible. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a home to work with Wayne. He is a very funny, kind man who is always looking out for your best interest.
