Larry took my call when I called into the office. I explained my needs and he seemed eager to help me with the sale. I got the impression that he was a hard worker and he was that and MORE. Larry followed up with me the very next day after I called and explained the process and what the next steps were to selling my house. He promptly scheduled an open house and also had the home featured on Cressy & Everett's television program. The photos that were taken looked very professional and showed off the home's best features. I think the attribute that stands out the most to me about Larry is his communication skills. He always was available and returned my calls, emails and texts promptly. He was extremely resourceful in getting estimates and securing contractors for repairs that needed to be made. I felt like he always had my best interest at heart. He was professional, yet friendly and always trustworthy. I am very pleased with Larry Dietl and appreciate the long hours and effort he put into selling my home. He was never afraid to get his hands dirty. At one point, he went into the crawl space and sent photos of repairs that were done. He had a great amount of knowledge about what contractors to get estimates from and pushed them to meet our timeframe. Larry had the support of the other agents in the office when needed. He never hesitated to ask another agent for information about a process. It is without reservation that I would recommend Larry Dietl.

I picked Doug Birkey for selling this property because I remembered him as a polite, nice guy when we went to high school together 40 years ago. At that point, even as a high school young man, he exuded a sense that things would be better with him entering the room. He was earnest and sincere. I'm pleased to let anyone know that my experience of him these many years later show that these traits are still with him. Of particular value to me was that Doug hit the right mark with communication. He kept me in the loop without overwhelming me with any extra messages. I felt that he was respectful of my time, and was generous with his own. I appreciate Doug's work throughout the sales process. I felt supported and guided with best decisions for my family. He understood my goals and needs and met them. It is hard to imagine improving anything about his work with me. Due to happenstance, I have been involved in six real estate sales in three years. This was my best experience of all of them. It was wonderful working with him! I was satisfied with every aspect of the sale. When multiple interested parties came forward immediately, Doug was helpful to think through how to proceed. While this is a nice problem, I found it stressful to consider how to go forward with an eye on acting respectfully toward everyone involved. It was clear that Doug was experienced with these matters, and nicely balanced his role as advisor with helping me feel in charge of final decisions.
