my only complaint was that i felt rushed and stressed toward the end of this deal when it went down at the last minute and I was left to deal with paperwork that had to sent asap. the title company was closed for three days due to a holiday and was not available to help me. My advise when this happens is for realtors to put the brakes on the sale and extend the contract to give a seller the time needed to complete paperwork. interestingly the very same thing happened to the home we are selling in Florida, but the agents took the time to deal with the bank problems and let the buyer work out last minute issues that he had.
